Writing Articles(2)| Article #176 : ARTICLE WRITING – PART 9
Next we’re going to talk about the causes of IBS. And even though medical science really doesn’t know what causes IBS, as there are no clinical tests that show IBS, they have to rely on symptoms and research pointing to diet. So, let’s focus on the diet part and the foods that they’ve discovered that cause IBS in most people.
Our next paragraph, going by what we read, could look something like this.
There are many common foods that seem to bring about IBS symptoms in those suffering from the disease. This will vary from person to person. Many people have terrible sensitivities to fruit, like oranges. Other people are what we call lactose intolerant, meaning that they can’t have any dairy products. Other people have problems with foods that are high in fat content. And then there are those who can’t eat chocolate or products with wheat. The many different triggers for this disease make it difficult to find the exact cause of the disease in each individual. Therefore, in many cases, it’s trial and error to determine the exact cause of the disease in each person. So exactly what natural treatments for IBS do we have available to us?

We should have no trouble making our 500 words with 1 content paragraph left to go before our conclusion paragraph.
Our next paragraph simply states what the natural treatments for IBS are. The third article contains most of the information, but read all three to see if you can get additional info. Remember, this article is based on the research of 3 separate sources.

Okay, let’s do our last paragraph before our conclusion.
There are many natural treatments for IBS that we can turn to, most of which really consist of certain life style changes. For starters you need to make note of what foods seem to set you off and eliminate them from your diet. If you suffer from constipation, in most cases just adding more fiber to your diet will do the trick. If you suffer from diarrhea, there’s a great amino acid called L-Glutamine that is great for stopping diarrhea. It is also important to take vitamins including vitamin C, which is great for the immune system. People with weak immune systems have more of a chance of suffering from IBS than people with strong immune systems.

See you next time when we write our conclusion.
